For the past few years, I've been experimenting with tracking various data points -- wine purchases, distance covered on my bike, etc. -- and compiling that data into an annual report. I use the data to set annual goals and to better understand my personal habits. Below you'll find a sampling of various things I track. Some of the data are updated more frequently than others but my goal is to add a more real-time view of the data I collect as a way to supplement my annual report.

What I measure and how i display it isn't fancy by any means (there are many others who visualize their data beautifully), but my goal is to showcase how easy it is to start bringing all the data that's around you to the forefront so you can at a minimum, be more informed and ideally, assume more control of self behaviors.
