REVIEWED: Rapha Transfer Trousers ($235 USD)

REVIEW IN SIX WORDS:

Can I live in these pants?

FULL REVIEW:

Let me get it out of the way, these are probably the most expensive post-race/recovery/casual/lounging/transfer pants you’ll ever consider owning; the transfer trousers are a true luxury. They won’t be for everyone due to the price tag ($235 USD) BUT, if you are a hardcore Rapha connoisseur or have money burning a hole in your pocket, these are a great purchase. They are ridiculously comfortable and warm, cut slim, and the trademark Rapha quality is evident. The description on Rapha’s website says you can wear them on the bike or the trainer and the seat looks/feels more reinforced/durable but mine probably won’t see bike or trainer duty – mine will likely see a lot of post ride dog walking duty and during CX season, post-race duty.
